WorthTheFix provides vehicle deal analysis, valuation support, repair-risk estimates, profit estimates, saved deal history, and related decision-support tools.

The Service is designed to help users think through used vehicle purchase opportunities. It does not guarantee vehicle condition, repair cost, sale price, market value, profit, financing availability, title status, inspection results, or any outcome.

WorthTheFix is not a substitute for professional inspection, mechanic advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or dealership compliance advice.

You are responsible for inspecting vehicles, verifying title status, confirming market data, estimating repair needs, complying with applicable laws, and making your own purchase or sale decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping login credentials secure, all activity under your account, and promptly notifying us of unauthorized access.

You are responsible for information you enter into the Service, including vehicle details, repair concerns, prices, notes, comparable listings, and completed-deal results.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, or that contains unnecessary personal information about third parties.

You grant WorthTheFix a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, store, display, and analyze your submitted information as needed to provide, maintain, improve, and secure the Service.

WorthTheFix may offer one free deal analysis. After the free analysis, continued access may require a subscription or free trial.

Subscription terms are described in our Subscription Terms and in the applicable Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or other checkout flow.

Native iOS subscriptions are managed through Apple. Native Android subscriptions are managed through Google Play. Web subscriptions may be managed through Stripe or another payment processor.

WorthTheFix and its content, software, scoring logic, workflows, designs, branding, and related materials are owned by WorthTheFix, LLC or its licensors.

The Service may use third-party services, APIs, data providers, app stores, and payment providers. WorthTheFix is not responsible for third-party services, data availability, pricing, errors, outages, or terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorthTheFix disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

WorthTheFix does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analysis will be accurate for every vehicle or market condition.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorthTheFix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunities, vehicle losses, repair losses, or purchase/sale losses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorthTheFix's total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to WorthTheFix for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WorthTheFix, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, your vehicle purchase or sale decisions, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create legal risk, or if continued operation is not commercially or technically practical.

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law or platform rules.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
