WorthTheFix uses profile settings to personalize deal analysis. These may include mechanical skill level, risk appetite, buyer type, account type, deal frequency, and communication style preferences.

When you analyze or save a vehicle deal, we may collect vehicle details, purchase price, expected sale price, fees, transportation cost, repair categories, estimated repair cost, body condition, title status, comparable listings, notes, saved deal history, and completed-deal outcomes if entered.

We may store generated outputs from the Service, including WorthTheFix scores, verdicts, recommendations, fair market value and quick-sale value estimates, repair-risk estimates, profit and margin estimates, and accuracy or learning signals from completed deals if you provide actual results.

We may receive subscription and entitlement information from Apple, Google, Stripe, RevenueCat, or other payment and subscription providers, including subscription status, trial status, renewal or cancellation status, purchase identifiers, and store or payment-provider identifiers.

Payment card details are handled by Apple, Google, Stripe, or other payment processors. WorthTheFix does not directly store full payment card numbers.

If you contact us for support, we may collect your contact information, messages you send, files, screenshots, or other information you choose to provide.

We may collect limited technical information to operate, secure, and improve the Service, such as device, browser, app version, log data, error reports, performance data, and approximate usage activity within the Service.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Service, including hosting, database, authentication, app store, payment, valuation, analytics, diagnostics, email, support, legal, accounting, and compliance providers.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use personal information for cross-app advertising tracking unless we update this policy and obtain any consent required by law or platform rules.

WorthTheFix is designed for decision support. The information you enter may include details about vehicles, purchase opportunities, repair concerns, and business activity. You should avoid entering unnecessary personal information about third parties in deal notes or other free-text fields.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

You may request deletion of your account in the WorthTheFix app from Account > Delete Account, or by contacting us at support@worththefix.app. Please include the email address associated with your account. We may need to retain certain records where required for legal, tax, payment, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

WorthTheFix is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The Service may rely on third-party services, APIs, payment providers, app stores, or data providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

WorthTheFix is operated from the United States. If you use the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice as required by law or platform rules.
