Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your WorthTheFix account from inside the app or by contacting support.

In-App Request

  • Open WorthTheFix.
  • Go to Account.
  • Select Delete Account.
  • Choose a reason, add optional details, type DELETE to confirm, and submit the request.

Email Request

You may also request deletion by contacting support@worththefix.app.

Please include the email address associated with your WorthTheFix account and a clear statement that you want your account deleted.

Example: Please delete my WorthTheFix account associated with [your email address].

What Happens Next

After receiving your request, we may verify account ownership before deleting the account. We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required or permitted for legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Subscriptions

Deleting your WorthTheFix account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Apple, Google Play, Stripe, or another payment provider.

Before requesting account deletion, cancel any active subscription through the platform where you purchased it: iOS through Apple ID subscriptions, Android through Google Play subscriptions, and web through Stripe or the web payment provider.
